Missing Payout and Poor Customer Service

As a Superhost on Airbnb I was not paid for one of the stays I hosted. I have been in touch with Airbnb over 10 times, I keep getting a runaround on the phone and there is a “bug”. The payment is now more than 30 overdue. Very disappointing.

 

Has anyone else been experiencing this? Is Airbnb going under and not paying hosts?

Happened to me too, we are missing a payment from 28th December and keep getting fobbed off from air b n b

We have the same problem. More than a month now and we get the same explanation: Bug. 
As we manage several properties and have no other problems with payouts, then I am almost sure that the guest probably paid with a fake credit card and therefore Airbnb are investigating and trying to get their money back. But really poor service and sad that they keep telling the same story with a bug that their technical team is working on. When they need to charge us for a cancelled reservation, then their system works perfectly.
