Missing pay outs off air

Can any one help air b and b are with holding our pay outs we have completed verification process and contacted them several times but got nowhere 

Has any one alse had any issues? Or any ideas how I can get my money

Payout issues can take long time to resolve, as Airbnb CS can only route your issue to the Financial Department and then wait for their investigation. On Airbnb your Transaction History pages show the status of the payouts. Use Airbnb Help: contact and select the right options in the menu to end up in a live chat.

I have tried but all that happens is they fob me off 😒 

I cant understand why they atmre unable to provide me with a valid reason as to why all of a sudden they have decided to withhold my money
