Missing payouts. No support from Air BnB

Hi,

 

Air BnB is not processing my payouts for more than one month now despite me having a valid payout account (which I have received payouts on in the past). I have been missing two payouts for more than one month now and I am getting zero support from the customer service teams. 

 

I am being passed on one team or analyst to the next and receive the same meaningless  updates every day. 

 

At one point I was asked to contact Payoneer (their 3rd party payment provider), but Payoneer denied the issue is with them and sent me back to Air BnB.

 

It seems impossible to escalate this to a senior manager or member of staff. My issues are simply being closed without a resolution.

 

I have missing payouts worth thousands of euros now and cannot understand how to proceed. It is the worst customer service experience I have ever received by far. 

 

Air BnB is practically illegally keeping my money and not providing support in getting the issue resolved. The customer service for more than one month now provides zero indication where the issue is.

 

Has anyone had similar experiences and how did you resolve them?

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I am also having the same problem with the payment it is showing the payout has been transferred in the app but i have not received any money until now

 

In my case the payouts are in "Upcoming" status for more than one month. Dealing with their support teams is a complete nightmare. I get a generic response asking me to "rest assured" that the issue will be solved or they transfer it to some other team. Each day I get a response from a different support team member who starts investigating all over again as if they have no previous knowledge of the issue.

 

All of a sudden now they are referring me to get in contact to Payoneer, which is some payment processor who I have never heard of and should not be dealing with directly considering they provide services to Air BnB and not directly to myself.

 

I have written numerous and will continue writing  feedback complains and escalations but it seems that most just end up in the trash as no normal company that cares about reputation would allow such incompetence.

 

Absolutely disgusting way of handling an incident which concerns missed payments.
