 Hello everybody does anybody can give me an information about the necessacy document for the portuguese tax called MOdel 21 RFI?

I do not have Facebook- therefore this is no help for me.

Hope everything is going well. What I would recommend is to directly ask in the Portuguese Community Center, as there will be more hosts with information about the Model 21 RFI. 🇵🇹
