Money being held

I recently booked a trip away. The trip was declined by the host, due to a double booking. This was no problem as I was able to book different dates with the host. However, as many of you know, when you request to book accommodation, air bnb hold the money until the request is accepted. However, after contacting air bnb on 3 different occasions over the space of a month, my money is still being help from the first booking. This means that I am over £500 down. Airbnb keep telling me that they have released the money; however I have called my bank twice now and they say that Airbnb are still holding the money. I don’t know what to do. Any advice?
