Multiple followups with Airbnb for delayed payout

This is regarding the delay by AirBnB by over 2 months, in making the payout. I have requested via the feedback form thrice already. 2 Guests checked in on November 10th 2019 for 2 nights and till-date (January 7th 2020), the payout has not been done by AirBnB. Frustrating experience indeed for a host!

 

Hope you can resolve this ASAP and not have the host follow-up multiple times.
