Multiple suspension of account with no explanation.

 my account was suspended again today and my guests reservations cancelled 2 hours before their check-in today. This is now 6 suspensions and the past three weeks and thousands of dollars in lost income due to Airbnb cancelling them. I get the same email from Airbnb every time this happens. It states “your account requires further review”  6 suspensions in 3 weeks and no responses from Airbnb as to why this is happening either.

I will have no choice but to remove my 20 properties from the Airbnb platform at this point. I cannot continue to host like this. Please advise on the best path forward for me to remove all my listings and hundreds of upcoming reservations.

what reason has Airbnb given for suspending your listings ? 

 

You just need to go into each listing and delete it but will be fined for each guest you cancel in line with Airbnb's guest cancellation policy.

Do the listings look very similar?
If so, Airbnb might suspect it’s an illegal copy. Keep reaching out to them for clarification.

You may encounter the same issue with Booking.com if the listings are (nearly) identical.

If you cancel the reservations, Airbnb will fine you. Be sure to write down your guests' names and phone numbers so you can contact them directly in case Airbnb's cancellation was unjustified.
