My client checked in and wanted a refund because my home has has 1 bed and she bought 2 other people but wanted to use my other bedroom for no additional n not wanted to pay me

Please refund the client my house is too small only have 1 bedroom and 1 queen size bed for that she booked for and did not book for 2 bedrooms and she bought her mother, daughter, and husband with her and 1 queen size bed did not fit all. She also wanted to use my other  bedroom without paying for it nor and additional guests fee. She did put 1 guest and make reservation for 1 room.  The house was very cleaned and she just needed a bigger place because she changed your guests list. Please refund her back. I don't want any issues with her. She texted me at 3:50pm and said she be here in 5 mints. She then called me at 4:00pm when she got there and I told her where to get the key at and once she walked inside the house she said it was too small for 3 additional people that I was not expecting! She asked me if I have another bedroom available I said yes and she has to book that additional room.  This client changed plans on me though she was renting 2 bedrooms out for the original price!

Thank you,

Hello @Victoria2014

Just to let you know that you have posted on the Airbnb community centre where hosts and guests help each other out but can't actually do anything concrete.

You can get in touch with Customer service by going onto the guest reservation number and contacting them through the message system or by calling them directly.

Good luck

@Victoria2014 your listing titles for a 2 bed place but it only has 1 bed. If you sort this out you will have fewer issues in future.
