My inquiry is : When a guest says "it's smaller than the photos" or "it doesn't look like the photos" ...I have to laugh & shake my head.

How can the listing photo not look like it is ??  It's a photo !!!       and My listing gives the exact square footage of the suite, so how can it be smaller than the listing ???  Some people just have to complain, I think I'll start asking a pre-reservation question about guests unknown reguests, as well as their health issues, bedding choice & color prefefences.

they are fine  to make a simple actual image. it's not fancy enough for expensive photography. I am trying to downsize my life & sell my beloved home this summer, so new stuff is not required. my comment was for the record & for any new host to realize how many things go into having success hosting. thanks anyway.
