Hi,

I was wondering if hosts are liable for fines if more than 6 guests use their property, due to the new changes in Covid restrictions. Our property has more capacity than 6 and a few guests have asked if they can take the risk. I’m not keen to say yes, and have reduced rates for 6 pax, but think some guests may try it anyway.

@Brian1822 I haven't seen the legislation but if we assume the guests will be guilty if there are more than 6 of them then the hosts will be guilty of aiding and abetting whatever law is being broken. Now will the police prosecute.... Who knows.
