@Laura2918 contact customer services whereupon they will either send it to the correct team OR tell you its all done by AI. If the latter hang up and call again until you get someone that knows the change in method used by Airbnb.

I wrote recently requesting the name of my listing's location to be changed, also change of its physical coordinates of it and even its category. It was done without fanfare.
