No Bookings

For the last several years we have booked two or three guests in January, always had someone for Valentine's Day, and always have several stays books and multiple inquiries for Spring Break.  This year absolutely nothing!  Is anyone else having this issue? Or do I need to do something to satisfy an AirBnB or government requirement???

You can check the amount of views in menu "insight", section "conversion"

If many views and no bookings mayby try a custom promotion (see the calender).

Or experiment with price, like lower price for 4 guests and add a fee for 2 additional guests.

Maybe add monthly discount, as you offer long term stays (28 nights and more)

Please note the listings mentions: 8 guests, but description and sleeping arrangements says: 6 guests !
