No Payouts in 6 weeks due to KYC which has been filled in completely

Still not recieved payouts in over 6 weeks, we are an 11 time Superhost and now since updating our KYC documentation inclusive of all Government issued Id's the compliance department is not responding, which is strange because it is the same information we have provided our bank with (Top50 Bank) and the same information we have been operating with on Airbnb for over 6 years. We are now getting letters from our Landlords like the one bellow in support of our delima but still no response from Airbnb support/compliance.

To whom it may concern,
We have a listed property with the Airbnb platform through our host Luxe Property Management
who has been a Superhost for 6 years with Airbnb. For the last two months (June and July 2023),
Airbnb has been holding our property’s’ payments received without apparent due course. This is
despite our host providing the necessary compliance documentation and attempting to contact
Airbnb consistently since late June 2024 to rectify any issue, without success.
This length of delay in payment is unacceptable and is starting to impact the property’s financial
position. We will be taking the matter further with the appropriate Australian regulatory body if
Airbnb cannot assist our host with resolving this matter immediately.

Support, we call them every second day and we keep getting the same patronizing answer wich is getting frustrating now. Compliance department cannot tell us exactly what the problem is. We had the same error around 6 months ago and someone pressed a button and all was resolved.... Now its happened again?????

 

If this doesnt get resolved soon we will be forced to remove our bookings.

 

Anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to conact someone in compliance that knows what they are doing?
