No bookings in Leeds

Is someone experience the same as me? I am suddently not getting bookings, before I used to have every day booked however now it is just weekends and sometimes not even that, any tip?

Sorry to read that you're not getting many bookings. I had a quick look at your listing and could see that you have some bookings over the weekends coming up which is great.

have you looked into supply and démand for your sort of listing in your location? Many UK markets are oversaturated coupled with falling demand .

I would say review your copy and photos - have you designed your listing with your target market firmly in mind? 

You have superhost status at 4.82 which is great but you will find listings with higher ratings will  show higher up the rankings so use guest feedback to think how you can attract more five star reviews .

If you are near a local hospital or other large employers you  could approach them to see if they have a list of accommodation have staff on temporary contracts .

you can also list on other STR platforms and set yourself up to take direct bookings . 

I would add a throw and cushions to the sofabed and retake your photos to highlight key benefits . 

finally you list your apartment as a one bedroom when it's actually a studio . I would recommend you correct this to help manage guest expectations.
