how can i start an airbnb business without an apartment or house in my name in Belgium.

i would like to rent out people's apartment or house and turn it into a bnb how do i start

@Miguel2067 All you need is the permission of the owner. However no owner in their right mind would allow this as the risk to them would way exceed the reward.
