No payment received after 2 weeks

I am Karen ** recently I have to pass booking haven received payment please help me to verify urgently:

1) Confirmation code: **, Guest Name: **, Date confirm:19-20 September 2021.

     Total paid to you (MYR): RM197.51

2)  Confirmation code: **, Guest Name: **, Date confirm:2-3 October 2021.

     Total paid to you (MYR): RM197.51

& Currently host

3) Confirmation code: ** Guest Name: **, Date confirm 3-11 October 2021.

    Total paid to you (MYR): RM1,015.31

Appreciate it if you can verify the above matter ASAP, Above 1&2 issue it's had been drag it too long.
