Noob question: How to understand new price?

Hope someone will be kind to explain this: 

This is the price that I agreed on in my settings:

375  DKK x 27 nights

10.125  DKK

guest fee

2.144 DKK

I alt

12.269  DKK

income

9.821  DKK

When a guest is asking for the room, the price has changed to this: Why is that? Where is Airbnbs fee in all this?

@Claus20 The guest fee is 14.2%+tax, the host fee 3%+tax.

I suggest you go into your listing as if you were a guest and see what it shows for pricing. You might have the non refundable 10% discount enabled or you may have the 30% intro discount enabled.
