Not hearing back from Montreal sud-ouest municipality about Notice of Compliance form submitted

Hi, 

I am trying to set my basement unit of primary residence for airbnb. I submitted notice of compliance form by sending it to permis-sud-ouest@montreal.ca . It has been 6 days since I submitted and haven't heard back from them. Does anyone know how much time it takes to get a response from them ? I am not sure if I should reach out to municipality through some other way.
