Occupancy Tax removal from long term only listing

I have a 30+ day only listing and in Nashville TN there should be no occupancy tax collected because it is viewed as a long term lease, not under hotel. It is out pricing my listing.

How can I remove it?

I am reaching out to our Hosts @Amber-and-Brett0, @Ben99 and @Ryan-and-Amy0  who also have listings in Nashville, TN, and could shed some light on this topic.
