Our payout was paused for more 2 weeks since October 23, 2022 for unknown reason

Hello Community, we would like seek out for some help here, since it is an urgent matter. Our payout has been paused for more 2 weeks since October 23, 2022 for unknown reason, at first the support team said that we needed to provide some account documents, and which we have already done immediately, and there's no other options that we can further more do, but still none of the payout was released. We have reached out to the support team for help by calling them constantly, and we were assigned by numerous "ambassadors' such as Amando, Mae, Jamaica, Angelica, Syde... etc, they all said that they have escalated the problem to a higher ranked specialist but still no answers. It is very strange because we would just like to what's missing for the financial department in Airbnb to release our payout but none of them would answer. Have any host here encounter the same problem? If so, how did you resolve it at the end? Thanks guys!

Airbnb CS usually can not solve payout issues themself and will forward it to Financial Department.

Which you can not reach directly and is also not very communicative (as you can read in this community regarding other payout issues).

So you have to wait or try to contact again (maybe also on Twitter, account is AirbnbHelp).

It's been resolved after 3 weeks, thank you for answering, my only questions is, how on earth did you reach level 10 ? 😅
