I have made a reservation on a host in Gent and the app showed an error saying that the transaction failed and then i tryed again on the same host..and again the same error. Then i tought that location was booked and i tried a different location in Gent..and again..the same error. Now i have been charged 4 times ( 2 times for the initial host abd 2 times for the second). Now i want to cancel the second host but it doesn t show up in ny trips altought i have received the receipt on email. I want to cancel the second host and to be charged only once for the first host(receive all the money i cluding the service taxes cuz it wasn t my fault)...but the airbnb support just ignores my message
