Payment on hold

 

I have payment on hold ,  with no explanation why, I have guest now in the flat and I’m fully booked for the next few months , I can’t keep hosting without getting paid … what should I do ?

What did Airbnb Customer Service say when you contacted them?

The don’t know, for the last 5 days they say “a special team” will handle it soon,   I’m calling them 2 times a day with no proper answer
