Hi Everyone,  I've been hosting on Airbnb now for few years and only recently returned after all the restrictions etc.  My issue is I haven't been paid now for a guest in January or February.  I had Covid three weeks ago, followed all the procedures and reported it.  I had guests for weekend but asked them to leave as soon as I got my results.  They were very understanding.  I keep contacting airbnb fir my money but in the end the guests had to ask for their money back as mine seems to be in the Pending so I didn't have it to give it back to them.  I've had numerous hour phone calls, emails and the whole thing is stressful.  They blocked my account and even though I've sent them my confirmation from NHS that I'm clear it seems impossible to talk to anyone sensible.  I'm anxious about hosting three guests in the future because I know I won't get paid!!  I want to delete my account and never deal with them again but how do I get my money first????   Can anyone help here please?
