Payout On Hold

I have been a host for over 6 years now and for the first time I have experienced "payout on hold" on now 6 payouts straight. This started over a week ago. I have called airbnb over and over again for the last 3 days and they have no explanation only option is to be sent to  "internal team" which they said would reach out to me. I still have no communication from this team. We have over $6000 On Hold and tons of bookings rolling in because of season. Does anyone have a suggestion for who to contact or what to do to help with this situation?? Super frustrated.
