Payout for AIRBNB in the Philippines

Hi,

I currently live in the US.  Can anyone walk me thru how payout is made if you have property in the Philippines.  I do have a BPI account in the Philippines and a BOA here in the US.  Which one is easier as there's peso-dollar conversion?  I heard about using third party platforms like PayPal .. is this necessary?

On taxes. does AIRBNB remit this to the Philippines or we file this ourselves to the Philippines for occupancy tax? how does that work?

Do you need a business permit to run an airbnb in the Philippines
