Hi everyone,
One of the guests booked one of my listings in November and this listing of mine wherein the guests checked out on January 14 2020. They stayed for 2 nights and I am yet to receive the payment. Airbnb case managers say it is a "known error" "known bug" etc and they have said the issue will be resolved through their technical team but till date I have not received any payment for the said reservation. I have talked to a lot of case managers.. how can I go forward to resolve this issue and how fast I can receive the payment? Kindly help me
