Payout not receive

Hello I didn’t get my payout yet till now. My guest already stay with me for 11 night. 
it said already sent to my account but I didn’t receive anything. 
its really frustrating as we only small business and need the money for the cash flow. 
what should I do now?

Hi @Jody-and-Okta0 , I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your payout yet for this guest! 

 

Depending on your payout method it can take up to 7 business days but considering your guests checked in 11 days ago, the payout should've arrived by now. I'm sending your case over to the team for them to look into. They'll be back in touch with you and if I receive an update in the meantime, I'll let you know.
