Payout on hold

first of all

hi 

last month I had a guest that they rent my flat for about 3 months but after 45 days they cancel and leave the house , based of my cancellation policy and list of my earning I waited for some money on 31 December 2024 , at the date like as always it showed will pay later today but after one day it shows on hold , I messaged to support team and they open me a case for specialized support team , but they didn’t respond back, then I call support number and they told me that I have to wait for specialized team to resolve this, but after a week they didn’t even reply me so I messaged support team again and they updated my request again but stil no response. I wonder why nobody answered me yet.  Does anyone else have the same problem?

I'm sorry to hear that you had an issue with a booking that led to a payout being on hold!

 

Have you hear from the support team since? It would be great to know whether it's all been resolved now. 🙂

thank you for your feedback, yes it solved and paid by Airbnb cause my guest didn’t complete his payment .
