Payout sent but not received after 15 days yet.

Payment sent from airbnb to my new payout account on my mothers name but never received.

I keep contacting airbnb ,  but the agents behave like AI, once they reply and then Connect me with another agent, as they have no responsibilty.

They gave me a document on my email that has details like payment refrence number. And asked me to show the bank.

I have contacted bank and awaiting there reply.

But what is this? Payment sent to correct bank account should automatically received.

Also this is first time, when under my payout transaction history, on this transaction, payment refrence number is not showing.

@Najmus-Saquib0 I think a lot of people do imagine that just like their teller machine cards the whole banking system world wide is automated and practically instant . This is not the case and  money between different banks, different countries and different carriers which have different holidays , weekends , holy days and other hiccups can take a few days.
