Payouts hold

I haven’t received my payouts and now the next earnings are being deducted due to a cancellation and consequent adjustment. It’s absurd the amount of people I have talked with through the costumer support, that are either closing the unresolved case or telling me that money had been released when it’s hasn’t. Basically guests are staying and I have 0£. Please help.

I am in the same situation I haven't been paid for any of my December hosting. They owe me £1000 plus and customer service blame technical issues. I have been passed to over 15 representatives and there is no timeframe offered. I have contacted Which who advise they are in breach of contract. They are passing the issues to the Which press office. I suggest you also contact Which as there seems a much bigger problems to expose here.

I'm having the same issue where the status of the payouts are "on hold", I contacted support multiple times and each time they have a different answer like
-Ohh its a glitch
-Your hosting details under verification
-Your bank takes time to process
-There is a problems with the guest payment

NOTHING MADE SENSE 

I have been a verified host for almost a year with no issues previously. Am surprised a multi-billion dollar company cant solve such silly problems like this. Airbnb is not like it was before unfortunately, very disappointed! Am going to tag Community Managers to see if it helps because Community Support Reps and Ambassadors are not solving this.

Last called  I had with Community Support today said everything in my account looks good but still doesnt know whats going on and the usual response that he will pass the case to a support member who will better serve this issue. Same response as always with no actual results.

Airbnb has to realize that without Hosts the whole concept is pointless. We rent our properties which involve alot of overhead to help keep our doors open to guests. But when we dont receive our payouts how would we be able to continue hosting??

Same situation here, haven't been paid in 3 months and account still not verified a month after submitting all documents. Going around in circles talking to robots who never actually help, just post copy & paste answers. I will be seeking legal advice if this is not solved by next week. They keep getting away with this excuse of a service because nobody challenges them.
