Payouts not given

Hi Community Members, 

I am getting frustrated with AirBnb, I have been hosting for 5 years now and have got all 5 star reviews. Recently AirBnb stopped sending me payouts, last 4 stays I have not received payouts. When I reach support they say they don’t have a resolution and it is a known bug in platform and then they close the ticket. When I open a new ticket they close it again giving the same reply. I am getting helpless as to whom to reach out to this. The guests already paid, gave reviews also but Airbnb is not sending the payout and not even telling the next steps.

just hold on- I’m sure you’d get your payouts coming in soon. Reach to your community leader and try escalating the issue - all the best

URGENT FOLLOW-UP REQUESTED. I have sent three tickets regarding this same issues, with a lot of calls but nothing is changed. this payout , though released by airbnb, IS NOT RECEIVED in my bank account. Pls check case #5721 , #6923, #6527. All of these tickest are opened for the same problem but no one has answered. #DONT STEAL OUR MONEY AIRBNB
