Planning Permission

Hello All.

I am new here on Airbnb. I have not published my listing yet. Do I need planning permission if I only list for 90 days a year?

I have written to my Local Council and I am waiting for their reply.

If you have a whole listing then yes @Sarah5621 

I don't know any London hosts who have got it though.

you need to rely on longer term lets for the rest of the year.
