I did not sign up for Smart Pricing.  The Smart Pricing button is in the OFF position.  The price per night on my listing has been decreased.  Why and how do I change my price to what I input manually?  Thank you.

Did you set up minimum and maximum rates?  This may be one of the causes. I believe that you can find this in the booking settings.

If Smart Pricing is off, then you can only set one nightly fixed price (+ special one for weekends). But you can set discounts elsewhere and also manualy change prices in the calender per date. Are you sure your price was not affected by such ?
