If i have set my minimum price at £90 per night why am i getting an enquiry saying just checking the price as it seems low and they have been quoted £35 per night?

You own 3 listings. so please mention which listing and which dates you are referring to.

At first glance i noticed you offer the "non refundable" option as a cancellation policy, providing 10% discount.

I take your point about the discount however it does not reduce the nightly price from £90 to £35.

We are new to this so learning fast.

@Simon3227 when this happened to us we found someone had set a weekly price that was actually below our nightly price. Go into the pricing section, edit weekly and/or monthly prices and see if anything comes up that looks wrong. Bear in mind the weekly price is for a week not the nightly price for a weeks booking.
