How do i handle a situation where initially my rooms a week ago were priced at the low 20s and this week I noticed in my city airbnbs nightly pricing for private rooms are in the mid to higher 20s and low 30s and someone wants to extend the stay but notices a price change

If you priced your listing too low initially and are now pricing in line with similar places- just tell him he got a special offer as you were starting out but now you have set it as a standard rate for your sort of property.
