Refund corona

I’m trying to get full refund due to corona virus lockdown & unable to now have overnight Stays!

I am being passed around & still being offered only 50% refund

The owner says I need to send request for full refund which I have tried & cannot seem to do?

@Jane3021  assuming you booked after March 12, you will be refunded according to the cancellation policy you booked under. Only bookings before March 12 will fall under the extenuating circumstsnces clause for Covid19. I have made a few bookings lately and this is loud and clear during the booking process. There is even an urge to make us book listings with flexible cancellation policy.
