@Cindy1100 Rental agreements are usually specific to the location of the rental. I have a rental agreement that I send to all of my guests immediately upon their booking (or inquiry), but the language is specific to the STR laws of North Carolina. It would be worth your while to speak with a local attorney or real estate professional as to the laws relevant to your location and then devise or have the attorney draw up a binding contract for your STR guests. This would be very important if you have any guests who wish to rent long term -- usually after 28 days they be tenants, not guests, and a whole other set of rental laws will apply. A template or contract offered by a host on this forum would not necessarily protect you.
