Hi @Akash152 ! There are many different aspects to running a successful Airbnb business, too many for Hosts here to cover all of them. Is there anything specific you have questions about or would like some help with? 🙂

You could also ask Hosts on the CC to take a look at your listing and give you feedback. This guide can help you with that: https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Manage-your-listing/How-to-ask-for-listing-critique-on-the-Commu...

hy @Akash152   You need to be creative and add information about your listing in the description section.  I looked at your listings and neither one had any written information to tell me why I would want to rent your property for my vacation.   What is unique about your listings?  Do they have gourmet kitchens?  Are the bathrooms en suite?  Are your beds and linens of high quality?  Do you offer any extra services (daily maid, chef, driver?)    What are the tourist attractions that would bring a guest group to your locale?

Your larger listing may benefit from being advertised through a local real estate office or website that caters to corporate rentals.  You could also check with local wedding planners and venues to see if they would recommend your property to their clients.
