Hello guys, 


Its been several times that I failed to remove such an unfair review against airbnb own policy:

- A guest had to leave earlier due to an emergency. 
he sent an alteration request and our team memeber kindly explained that unfortunately our strict cancellation policy would apply. 
The guest then got angry and left a terrible review. 
Its all in writing on the chat. 

I called airbnb and representatives are simply not helping, refusing to remove these reviews that affect my business and then suspend my listings. Even though those listings have over 100 reviews each and above 4.5 score. 

This is extremely concerning as it seems we are now obligating to refund guests if they had a change of plans to afford getting a bad review. 

In addition... impossible to connect with any supervisor or someone able to make a decision.
