We have sold our hotel and have 3 future bookings.

How do we transfer the business to the new owner?

@Barry356   I don't believe you can transfer bookings on this platform.  The new owner would need to open a profile and add the listing to the profile, then contact the future guests to encourage them to book the reservation.  Prior to that, you would have to cancel the reservations and provide a full refund.  It would be only fair if you covered the Air BNB fees and any other fees that would not be refunded by Air BNB, but that is your call.  Perhaps the new owner can encourage the guest to book with some type of special offer.  If the new owner wants to encourage business, then having happy guests is better than causing extra expense to these guests.
