Scottsdale AZ Co-Host?

Hey Airbnb fam! We are about to join the Scottsdale, AZ Airbnb hosting community! Since we do not live in the area, we are looking for a co-host/teammate. We will manage many aspects of the operations (marketing, pricing, reservations, scheduling of operations, etc.). However, we need someone to help us with the following:

1. Quality Control: Monthly home inspections, weekly trash removal

2. Contact Person For Immediate Guest Needs: Guest support only for important issues.

3. Oversight of House Needs: Replacing items if broken, installing new batteries, etc.

We would also be interested in cleaning services.

If anyone knows of someone who could help us, we would appreciate it!
