Is there a good tip to get the problems solved sooner rather than later?
The customer support is extremely slow, there is barely any follow-up and simply no replies.
The worst answer event is "Sorry, I will be on my days off now, I will get back to you once I get back".
I mean, of course, ppl are entailed for holidays but how come the case is not passed to someone who is working?
The last thing I need to hear is that you are on holiday, leaving the case, for which solution I have been waiting for days or weeks, open for an unknown time period.
Is there a hope?
