Snow storm and cleaners safety

Hi all,

There has been a snow storm in Seattle area and considering the road condition in the city which is full of hills and our Airbnb home being on the hight, I have concerns around the safety of my cleaning crew getting there. I have a check-in today and I don't want to cancel it, as it impacts my guest. 

Ia m wondering if you all have any suggestions of what to do in such conditions.

@Ahmadreza1 presumably if your guest can get there so can your cleaners.

@Ahmadreza1  Well, presumably the city is/will clear the roads.  I would first want to talk to the cleaning crew and see if they are concerned about being able to get to the property.  I suppose you could offer them some kind of hazard pay bonus for making the trip in bad weather, though not sure you want to set that precedent.  That seems your only alternative to cancelling on the guests, especially if you can't clean it yourself in this case.
