So what would I list my home as apartment or guest suite or something else?

I have a question. My airbnb is as described: So 1st you put in the code at front door of our house. To the left and right there are doors with locks (1 has keypad entry). These doors enter my husband and I's living quarters. If you proceed from the front door up the stairs there is a door with a keypad that enters the 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, 1 kitchenette, 1 living room, 1 dining-room. What would be the proper way to list this? Quest Suite or apartment? The get the entire upstairs to theirselves. They also get the front and back yard with the exception of my husband and I maintaining the pool and yard. Also the other exception is us taking our dog out to potty and I do use the patio table in the morning to drink coffee and read.

I think it’s a guest suite with private bath and kitchenette, shared patio/yard and entrance to home.
