South Bend Indiana (USA) References (house keeping etc)

Hey Everyone!!

My husband and I are getting ready to embark on the Air bnb journey for the first time... from another state.  Checking to see if anyone has a recommendation for the South Bend (St Joseph County) Indiana area? Since we won't be able to go check-in or do the house keeping ourselves, hoping someone has some good recommendations on House Keepers, Gardner and/or a trusted handy-man.

Any other tips and tricks would be really appreciated 🙂

I am just getting started with a home we use to visit and would like to provide as a rental.  Can you pass along your SB cleaner?

For anyone else, I am also interested in finding a local handyman, gardener, property manager.

I did a quick search in Airbnb for South Bend and this post came up - looks like the only one on the last three years. 
How is your hosting going? I just started in South Bend and welcome contacts for gardeners and the like.
