Stay tuned Error code: 503

I'm experiencing this too for the past few days and nothing seems to work. Airbnb support are not being very useful. This some kind of bug?

I'm really sorry to hear that you're having some trouble accessing parts of the Airbnb site. Could you confirm when and where you're experiencing this error please? 

 

Would you also be able to try these basic troubleshooting steps that may helps solve the problem:

  • Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
  • Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account

Hi @Rebecca,

 

I wanted to confirm that the issue has now been sorted out. I'm not entirely sure if it was due to clearing internet files, cookies, and cache, or if Airbnb made some adjustments, but everything seems to be working well now.


From my experience, I’d recommend notifying Airbnb support first if you encounter any issues, then proceeding to clear cache and cookies. I was initially concerned that my laptop might have been compromised, but it appears that everything is fine.
