Has anyone used Turno to manage cleaning services?
It seems to integrate well with Airbnb bookings. Interested in hearing from other hosts who have used the app or if there are other similar services available in Canada for the short term rental industry.
Also, if a third party is being used to clean between guests, how can a host rate the guest's cleanliness and ensure that all the items which come with the listing are still in place and in good shape? I would think the host still needs to do a check before a cleaner does their thing. Thoughts?

@Alison813, You can also get in touch with Hosts from Toronto by joining an Airbnb Local Host Club here: https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Local-Host-Clubs/ct-p/en_clubs, and get insights from Hosts specifically in Canada, if they use such services and how they handle it.
Do let us know how it goes!

I've had no replies so far, Bhumika. 😕

Hi Alison. I use Turno exclusively and I’m a fan. You can create checklists and guidelines for your cleaners to include pics of the entire space at the end of the cleaning. They can offer a report of the condition of the home and complete inventory for you. I created a cleaning and inventory manual and email it to my cleaners. I plan on printing them soon. I hope you find this helpful
Very useful! I've actually set up an account and have my first cleaner coming this weekend. You've given me peace of mind, @Renita17 .
I need to work on inventory next so I know how to manage that. 😊
Thank you!
I've had a limited, but very positive experience with turno so far. Seamless integration and good feature set, plus free if yo have just one property like I do.
So far so good. Really impressed with the feature set. I guess for rating guests, establishing a rapport for discussing and rating that with the clearners would be the best thing, perhaps.
We found Turno to have some great features but be a bit clunky/overbuilt for what we needed. We went with a free calendar tool called TurnCal that just generates a public URL from our Airbnb calendar that we then share with our cleaners. It's simple, does some basic notifications and works for our needs.
