Unable to make payment to host for extra experience services

I have been trying to make payment to airbnb for experience that I have book . I need to pay for some extra services and when I get to payment page it give me no option to enter credit card details . Also my payments page has no option to add credit or debit card.

Has anyone faced same issue ? I have opened Airbnb support tickets but they are very casual and reluctant to provide an update. I don't want to carry so much cash during travel so I really want to pay and go.
