W-9 Sales tax

I have an air bnb account with 3 properties. 1 of the properties is owned by one entity and the other 2 properties are owned by another. I can't figure out how to assign separate W-9 forms to each entity in the same account for the state sales tax. Has anyone had this same issue? and if so what is the solution?
