Whats the point of a super host direct customer service number

Whats the point of a super host direct customer service number? It goes to same ridiculous voicemail system that has no clue we are even hosts, let alone super hosts. A pointless so called benefit of being a super host.

It's just a way to make people fall in line with airbnb's demands and regulations so they give it a fancy name ,although it does nothing it doesn't pay you more doesn't promote you more it doesn't give you bonuses.  Pretty much is pointless yes and of course some robot from Airbnb will say no it makes you have a badge on your name or have a star by your stickers LOL.  As for myself I know from the hundreds of airbnbs I've stayed in I have considered whether the host was a super host exactly zero times. Actually if it's a shared space I might not even book the place if it's a super host just because I feel like they'll probably be all up in your business and all in your face trying to be a super host LOL who knows
